I had a SAKE that my friend gave me last night and my daughter ask me to sleep with her so I went bed early last night.
I woke up around 3 in the morning and did the routine.
Today's menu was pushups, ab and buttocks, and waist each for 3 minutes.
Three minutes has become feeling a little shorter but pushups though...
I'm having fun.
