What I Look for When I Review a Program

When you are choosing a jump training program make sure it covers multiple areas of jump training. The best jump training programs will cover jump training from multiple angles, not just exercise.

Does the Author Understand the Principles of Jump Training In other words, are they qualified to be giving you advice. Do they work with athletes in real life? If so, it stands to reason that they can give quality advice online. You can learn a lot by just listening to what they are telling you. If the programs promises sound ridiculous, like add 6 inches in 60 minutes, then the program is probably ridiculous.

Does the Program Teach You About Multiple Areas of Jump Training As we learn more and more about exercise science trainers are discovering that elements like diet and rest are just as important as the exercises themselves. Ignoring other aspects of jump training is the biggest short fall of most jump training manuals. Using a well rounded complete program is critical to achieving your maximum vertical jump quickly and effectively.

Is There Additional Support Anytime you learn something new you are going to have questions. It’s important to have someplace to go, or someone to ask, that can answer those questions for you. If you have support while you are working through your program you will be more likely to succeed.
