gym - macrobi - farmers market - fukui mai

ベンチが良い感じにできてきた！！姿勢が良くなるから好き(^○^)

I went to my person trainer Takahashi sensei vif studio today. I did bench press today and it felt pretty good!! Thank you for today's training!
ジムの後、目黒から青山まで歩きました！大体40～45分くらいだったかな。そして。。
私がマクロビの資格を取ったand macrobiのmie先生が最近オープンした、cafe and macrobiでランチしたよ！！
farmers marketに近い素敵なヘルシーカフェでした(^○^)また食べに行こうー(^○^)
After the gym , I walked from meguro to aoyama, which it took me 45min and decided to have lunch at my teacher mie's new and macrobi cafe! I took my macrobiotic license at her place since then i have been into cooking macrobiotic food!
She opened it recently and it was really cute! Very close from farmers market! All her veggies are organic from farmers market! That is soo awesome!!It was so comfy and yummy! I always go to farmers market so I will definitely stop by pretty often! lol
その後は、farmers marketでお買い物～！
After lunch , I went to Farmers market!!
いつもvilmilkさんの焼きチーズ食べるんだ！
ケールとビーツ沢山買ったよ。
I bought lot of kales and red beets! I always eat grilled cheese from Vilmilk food truck! Its really good!!
友達の福井舞ちゃんのライブにも行ってきたよ！！
本当に気持ち込めて、いろんな歌詞を書いてるところが素敵。
声もトークも可愛い！！好きな曲が沢山見つかりました！
アイのうたって曲も素敵！みんな探してみて～(^○^)
Later on at night, I went to my friends Fukui mai show.
She was soo cute!! I love her songs! She has a huge variety of topics on her songs. She writes everything and because i know her, i can really tell she wrote it and she definitely has a sincere heart! Good job Mai!! Thank you for inviting me!!

I had a soccer game to watch this day that i really wanted to go to, but i am happy I chose to come see her show. I was smily the whole time!! Thank you for a lovely show honey! See you soon!!
