タルゴラグーナ - Thalgo Laguna
豊橋にある、タルゴラグーナに行ってきました。
I went to Thalgo Laguna in Hamamatsu.
豊橋に行ったのははじめてでした！
東京から豊橋まであっという間に着いたよ！
It is my first time in Toyohashi. It was pretty fast from Tokyo.

まずはランチ♡
Starting with Lunch!
綺麗な景色を見ながら...
beautiful view!!!
美味しいランチを食べたよ！
くもりだったけど天気も良くなったよ！
We had some delicious lunch!
It was cloudy but it got sunny as we got there!!
お部屋に行って、準備！
タルゴラグーナではタラソテラピーが受けれるの！
タラソテラピーは海水、海藻、海泥などの海の力を使って、
体の健康や美容のメンテナンスをする、FRANCE発祥の海洋療法!!
今回ノーマと、MARCOと岡田さんと４人で行ってきたよ！
After lunch, we went to our room to drop our stuff and get ready for the thalasso therapy with Noma,MArco and Okada.
LETS GO!!!
海水のプールでリラックスしたり、体を動かしたり、沢山ジェットがあって
ジェットを当てて筋肉をほぐしたりしたよ！肩こりとかにもいいんだよ！
We swan at the sea water swimming pool, we did a little exercise, used the water jet to relax the muscle.
その後、サウナへ！！
アロマを使用したプログラム♡
After that, we went to the sauna! It smelled soo good!!
体もあったまったし、肌もモチモチ！
I was all sweaty and look at my skin! Wow!! I love it!
その後は海藻パック！^^
昆布の香り！！
体があったまった後はオイルマッサージ！！
気持ちよすぎて寝ちゃった！笑
After leaving the sauna, I had a special treatment with seaweed pack in my whole body.
Then I had a full body oil massage!!
It was sooo good that I fell asleep!! hehe
私がボディケアを受けてる間、みんなはフェイシャルを受けてたみたい！
私の方が先に終わったから、のんびり待ってたよ！
外はどんどん暗くなっていくよ。
Everyone else decided to get some facial while I was treating my body.
Since I finished earlier than everyone, I was chilling enjoying the silence and the view.
Getting darker and darker..
みんなが終わって戻ってきた時、肌がツルツルでワントーン明るくなってたよ！
その後、海水ミストの暗めのお部屋でゆっくり！
When my ladies came back, their faces were moisture and whiter than this morning!
We went to the dark room to relax in the sea water mist room.
あー、もう眠い！！
頭の中が真っ白になれて、本当にリラックスできる場所なの！タルゴラグーナ最高！！
Soo sleepy!!
My mind was so empty that I got to relax and forget about some things for a day.
I love this place!

The Xmas lights outside were soo cute!!
お部屋に行って、着替えてディナー♡
美味しい物がいっぱいでてきたよ！！
これ全部食べたんだよ！信じられないでしょ？！笑
とっても美味しかった！！幸せ！！
We went back to the room to get dressed and get ready for dinner!
Believe or not, I ate all that!!! It was just too good that I kept eating and eating and could not stop!!
It was simply amazing!!
パンもタルゴラグーナでシェフの方が作ってるんだよ！お昼も夜も食べたよ！
美味しすぎて東京に持ち帰りたいから売って下さい！！って言ったら多めに作ってくれたよ！！涙！！嬉しすぎる！
みんなで大好きなモスカートを飲んだよ！
本当に良い一日だった！！
They make their own bread that is unbelievably amazing!!!
I asked them, if they could sell some so I could take some to Tokyo.
They kindly made some extra for us! I love them sooo much!!
And we also had one of my favorite alcohol : MOSCATO!! This one was really good!! Gotta order for myself!!
I had such an awesome day!!
