もう秋だねー
あっというまに一年終わっちゃう！
いっぱい思い出を作っていかないとね～
It's autumn! I already feel like the years is ending
ということで、遊ぶ時間を作らなくちゃって思って
久しぶりに代々木公園に行ってきましたー
before the year ends I want to make more good memories so I took this day off to go to yoyogi park and spend some quality time with my family
天気も良くて自然に囲まれていて気持ちいい～
the weather was perfect ! actually would be better if I was wearing tshirt! lol
お兄ちゃんとチウイ！

チウイをドッグランへ！
チワワがいっぱい！チワワパラダイス！
やっぱりチウイが一番大きい?
we took chuey to dog run and he ran around and made lot of friends ! we saw lot of chihuahua there! i felt like i was in chihuahua paradise! haha. Chuey was the biggest there!
気づいたらチウイがいない！
びっくりして探したら、優しい方に抱っこされてた！
逃げようとすることもしなくて、逆に嬉しそうー
たぶん、また自分から「抱っこ」って頼んだんだろうな～笑
I thought Chuey disappeared but he was In some guys arms. I bet he ran to him and begged to be picked up
たくさん遊んで、たくさん走ったチウイ！
お友達とお別れ～

チウイも走って運動した事だし、
つぎは家族が運動！
after letting chuey run and get some exercise, now it's our turn !
最近TRXにハマってまーす！
I have been into TRX recently !
コアにベストな運動だよ！
it's the best work out for core and to be fit!
でも正直キツイ！
but it's pretty hard!
お父さんは初めてのTRX！
最近運動をさぼってるお父さん！
今日は許さなかったよ～
Mu dad tried for the first time! I need to push them to work out!

少し手伝うと甘えちゃうママ!
若くて元気な両親でいてくれて嬉しい～
自分が年をとればとるほど、両親の健康に対して心配になるの。
だから、できる事はしてあげたい～運動つづけて欲しいな～
家族との時間って大事だね！
みんなも家族との時間をちゃんと作って過ごしてね！
私は幸せだよ。
I am happy to have a young and healthy family! As old as I get, I get more worried about my parent's health ! I try to do what I can to help them! I want them to work out and take care of themselves more! haha I had a great time with them! Don't forget to spend some quality time with those you care and love! I'm happy and grateful!
