I decided to cut out sugar in my diet! So any refined or added sugar I'm trying to cut out of my diet or reduce drastically. Eating too much sugar could increase the risk of heart disease, type two diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity. Also the less refined sugar you eat the less you are less likely to get sick.





Recently there was a TV commercial about how much unhealthy food the average American person eats. It shows that it can be tough to change your diet because ingredients like refined sugar are added into so many food. Once people get used to sugary, unhealthy food, it becomes like an addiction where they can't change their diet. So I've decided to try my best to understand how much sugar is in the food I eat, and eat as little added sugar as I can.
