無農薬小松菜パン

We've been growing organic veggies in our garden. During the long cold winter, we were able to grow some Japanese mustard spinach (小松菜). It grew slowly, but it was worth the wait
I wasn't sure what to do with all the spinach, but then I found a recipe for spinach bread. It was easy to bake and it tasted great! I am planning to bake some more as soon as the new crop is ready
