Wednesday- We took Miki's truck to the processing station in Dallas to get it shipped to England. I'm pretty sure half of Dallas is under construction at any one given time.
Friday- The movers cleared out our apartment. We probably won't see any our stuff again until mid June. I must say, most of the movers were pretty freaking stupid. We had to tell these people over and over that we were taking everything. They kept on asking us is such and such going? Turns out that when we said everything, we meant everything. Then the head retard started to try and claim some of our stuff as hers and we had to explain to her that, holy crap, that was part of everything. Of course if she was a more capable human being, she would have a better job.
Saturday- We sold some of Miki's old jewelry and our washer and made $321. Yay!
Today- We moved out of apartment after sleeping on the floor over the weekend. We are back in Dallas, the freeways are as ridiculous as I remembered them being. If I haven't mentioned it yet, I hate this city, and I hate the miles and miles of endless, poorly planned suburbs even more.
Next, we are on our way to Japan until the middle of May and then we are off to the UK, where we will live for the next 3 years. I guess that means I am kinda homeless until we get to UK.
