Shows...
You NEVER have ANY idea what is ACTUALLY going to happen during a show...
I think that's what makes them so amazing & fun, but also, potentially f'n brutal.
Playing a great show can make you feel connected to universe.
A show where nothing is going right, can make you feel smaller than a grain of sand.
BUT no matter kind of show it turns out be, I feel blessed every time I get the chance to grip the mic, take the stage, and play FOR the people in the crowd.
Was thinking about that again yesterday on a walk before the show...
(gotta love the contrast of old & new)
(I hope I will get to ring one of these some day!)
3 days ago in Osaka, and yesterday @ X-HALL, that feeling hit me like a bolt of lightning.
Getting to share that experience with every one at the show on the day i was born was really special for me.
AWESOME start to a new year in my life!!
We'll be heading back to Nagoya on 6/27 & 6/28, and I'm already stoked to rock out with every one again!!
THANKS FOR AN AMAZING DAY & FOR ALL THE B-day WISHES FROM AROUND THE WORLD!!!
Here I am making mine.
MUCH LOVE!!!!
Jon
