Yesterday is History,
Tomorrow is a Mystery,
Today is a Gift....

I think almost everyone, all around the world has tried watching a foriegn videos. Movies or tv series that interesting but you just cant understand because theyre talking in another language. In these cases, you can either learn the language or watch the dubbed version of the video or a video with subtitles.

Dubbing a video takes out the trouble of reading the translation throughout the whole time. But you cant take away the fact that some dubbed versions arent very good that they just took away a big chunk of sense out of the show. Moreover, it can be so annoying when the voice and mouth movement doesnt match, just like those old Chinese or Godzilla movies.

Subtitles, well, theyre more or less right (it just depends on who translates them). It is troublesome to read the subtitles, especially when things are getting interesting. But in my opinion, its more helpful for me to understand what the person is saying through subtitles rather than dibbing.

Everyone loves to sing, whether it's in the work place, at someone's house, in the train or even in the bathroom while taking a shower. For that reason, karaoke was born. Karaoke or "open orchestra" is one of the famous past times for almost everyone. Some people go to karaoke places once in a month or more. カラオケ

Some people loves to sing so much that they hardly let go of the microphone. There are some that may feel embarrassed so they just want to listen to their friends sing. However, once they are given a chance to sing, more often or not, they tend to become those people that wouldn't let go of the microphone. Karaoke is like a can of Pringles, "Once you pop, you can't stop."ハニちゃん
