日本：選挙

高市総理の選挙演説での円安容認発言について、「一般論を述べただけ」という政治屋みたいな弁解を行なった片山財務大臣は恥を知るべきであろう。

政府財政を預かる者として数字の問題では円安の方が財政が改善する事を吐露したに過ぎないが、国家財政のバランスとして円安を安易に引導する事は慎重に避けるべきである。

高市総理の言葉がセンシティブな情勢に影響力を行使しており、フォロー不足から海外情勢の混乱を助長し、また「日本スゴイ」のブン投げが始まりかねない事を危惧する。またグランドストラテジーの一環としての日本人へのヘイトスピーチを私にさせる気かね

インドIndia

アメリカとインドが貿易協定を締結し、インド側の関税撤廃とアメリカ側の関税引き下げ(50%→18%)に加えてインドのロシア産原油輸入停止即時発行との事。

私がindicateした「まず関税をゼロにして必要な分を戻す」という本来あるべき関税ディールに寄せて行ったモディ首相と、それにエゴマスで抵抗するトランプ大統領の構図。初めて上手くいったトランプ関税ディールと言える。

しかしロシア産原油輸入停止は、ロシアの国家システムが局地戦(ソ連のDVとして)を選択している以上、経済制裁は戦闘停止にプラスには働かないというリアルを欧米が認識していない事を示す愚策だ。ロシア軍をNATOが直接相手するべきであり、それを避ける逃げの一手である。核兵器は来ないのだから、やりようはあるはずだ。

ロシア産原油輸入は私がindicateしたもう一つのインドの外交政策であり、ロシアを外交の場に踏み留まらせる必要とインド経済の浮揚のためのスタンドプレーだった。altanativeはあるのか、モディ首相個人の判断で停止させられる事ではないと思う。政治的余波をケアする必要がある。

The U.S. and India have concluded a trade agreement. In addition to India eliminating tariffs and the U.S. lowering tariffs (from 50% to 18%), India will immediately halt imports of Russian crude oil.

This scenario pits Prime Minister Modi, who moved toward the ideal tariff deal I indicated—“first eliminate tariffs entirely, then restore what's necessary”—against President Trump, who resisted with ego-driven obstinacy. It can be called the first successful Trump tariff deal.

However, halting Russian crude imports is a foolish move, revealing that the West fails to grasp the reality that economic sanctions won't contribute to ending hostilities while Russia's state system has chosen localized warfare (as the Soviet Union's DV). NATO should directly confront Russian forces, and this is merely an evasive maneuver to avoid that. Since nuclear weapons aren't involved, there must be a way to handle it.

Importing Russian crude oil was another aspect of India's foreign policy that I indicated. It was a stand-alone move necessary both to keep Russia anchored at the diplomatic table and to buoy the Indian economy. I doubt there is an alternative; this isn't something Prime Minister Modi can halt based on his personal judgment alone. The political fallout must be carefully managed.
