Today at my leadership communication class, there was a quote that the teacher said that really impressed me, so let me introduce it. "To leader someone, you have to know who you are leading."
It seems simple but if you think about it, it is definitly true. When you don't know the needs of the followers, you can't lead them in the right place. "If you meet them, you can lead them." is another quote from the class, saying the same thing.
Later in the day, I talked with my friend Anna about culture and nationality things. I thought even though we live in a different country, we can have a common idea about particular topics. I really like talking with her because we are kind of in the similar field of study. I am studying speech communication, and she is studying journalism.
