Day 1,
Ive decided to start recording my workouts in a blog, so in the future I can look back and know exactly know how much I have grown.
I am 20 years old, and currently a university student in Japan.
I started training about a year ago, and although I have changed physically a little, I believe I can do more.
As a beginner I was not sure about how to train.
I would just go to the gym and do what I thought was right.
As time passed and I started watching other people train, I could see more progress in myself as well.
The past year to me has mostly been mistakes, but recently I have finally started to believe that I have learned the "right" way to train.
My measurements;
169cm, 57kg
My 1RMs
Bench Press: 75kg
Squat: 100kg
OHP: 40kg
(I cannot deadlift due to lower back issues)
I am hoping that one day I can look back at these posts to be able to see my own progress.
