Yesterday had been my chest day.
I did not have a spotter with me so I had to do the bench press on my own.

For some reason, I feel that my strength is falling...
I had planned to do 67.5kg of 7 sets of 5, but had become very tired around the 6th set, and had ended up lowering the weight.

One reason may be that I was tired.
Another could be that the 'feel' was different because I was lifting alone, and was also doing it at a different bench, bar, etc.

Although I have felt tired, I had decided to change up my workout.
I normally would do the incline dumbbell press after the bench press, but had decided to do the decline bench press instead.

The feeling had been great, and it felt as if I had done one of the best chest workouts yet.

Today I had decided to work on my back.
I had realized that it was not good for me to do my back before my chest day, for I felt a discomfort in my back on my chest day.

I had done the usual for my back day.
