イリュージョンのような週末は過ぎ
すっかり真夏日・・・でも、涼しげだね～
初霜の妖精さんは・・・・
先日、シットスピンのパンケーキ2つ
おさらいしたので・・・もうちょっとシットスピンのこと
the weekend was just like an illusion,

we talked about two types of “pancake” sit spins,
so let’s see more of variations of the sit spin

Otoñal さんの2つ目のスピンを見たいんだけど
その直前のキャメルスピン（ドーナツポジション）から
シットスピンに入るトランジッション（繋ぎの部分）
ここもとっても素敵なので・・・
なんかさぁ～爽やか～な秋風が、クルクルと木の葉を舞い上げて
そして、陽だまりの中で木の葉と一緒にクルクルと舞っているでしょ？？
for that, let’s got through the second spin in Otoñal

そして、右フォワード・イン(RFI)でスピンに入るけど

ウィンドミル（水車）という非基礎姿勢（NBP）になるけど
entering the spin with his Right Forward In-edge,
swinging his free leg, this might be called as “illusion”
if he swings more than three times his leg, then it’d called as
“Windmill”, often the windmill can be seen in ladies’ spins
the windmill is also one of the Non Basic Positions (NBP)

そして、フリーレッグが前に伸びた
「シット・フォワード」だけどさぁ～！
then the first position is the sit forward

もぉぉぉ～！なんですか？？これは？？？
片足スクワットでさえただただ見とれちゃうのに
そのまま、フライング・シットスピン！
しかもどんだけ高いの？？？？
回転もしているし・・・！！！
but, oh my gosh! what???!
just making the sit spin position
you know it one-leg-squat itself is just wow!
but look at him, jumping!
yeah, “Flying Sit Spin”!!
so high, and yet making a rotation!

何事もなかったかのように
クールにスピンは続き・・・
as if Yuzu is telling “nothing!”
cool spins are going on!

でね、今度はおつむに手がいくでしょ
これってね、（はい、サラ、妄想始まり！）
単にスピンを美しい見せるだけじゃなくて
イリュージョン効果！？じゃない？？？

well, now Sarah’s imagination though
here, Yuzu is doing so not only for
adding the spin more beauties, but
this might be an “illusion effect!”

なんでかって言うとね、ここで足替えなのよ！
でもね、普通のスピードで見ていると
え？足替えしたの？って全然足替えに意識なくなっちゃうじゃん
それってさ、きっとおつむ抱えているから
視線が結弦君の手の方にいっちゃって
足替えしたことに意識持っていかれないから？
ね、スムーズに足替えしているうえに
このイリュージョン効果で、スピンのバリエーション変化が
よりスムーズにより美しく見えている・・
にくいねぇ！2連覇チャンピオン！
why Sarah calls it an “illusion effect”?
well, you know here, Yuzu changes his spinning legs
but when you are watching it in normal speed
it’s quite difficult to find our when Yuzu changes his legs
of course, first of all his changing variations skill is
very skilful, at the same time, in this case
he put his hands on his head so our eyes go to upper part
not much paying attention on his legs
with this illusion effect the smooth and beautiful
his spin variation change look much smoother and
more beautiful! that’s the King of Skaters!!!

ね！なんか、おつむ抱えてちょっと立ち上がった
それだけにしか、見えないでしょ？
足替え？？え？やらかしていたのぉ？？
ってね、イリュージョンよ！！！
see, looking at this scene, just

足替え後は、ああ！これもまた結弦君スペシャルよ！
この、柔らかなポジション！

シット・サイドウェイ（横に足があるポジション）
これは普通にどの選手もやるけどさ
この、しなやかさよ！この美しさ！！！
もう、結弦君のスピンは・・・絶品！！
after the changing legs, then oh dear!!!

well, the sit-sideway is not very special though
when Yuzu does, oh my! look at how beautifully
leaning his body!!!

そして、おさらいしたリバースパンケーキに！

then as we learnt, the reverse pancake!

「キャプチャー、ボケボケじゃないか～！」
ってかね、殿下、メッチャ超ハイスピードで
元映像もピン定まらないスピードよ！

そうだ、2つ目のスピンはここで終わりだけど
最後のスピンでアンヨが膝の上に乗る
パンケーキをしているので
ここのお膝の間にいれたお手々・・ジョニースピン
本家を上回る美しさ～！
ヤバいねぇ、このお手々の柔らか～な動き！
well, that’s all for the second spin, but
let’s see the pancake from the last spin
in this pancake, Yuzu is doing so-called
Johnny spin, in which his hand is set in the space
behind his left knee
but look at the movement of his hand!
