ブレードが氷を削る鈍い音、
照明に照らされて透き通る白い息、
およそ人間が到達しうるとは思えない回転の速度、
なのにおとぎ話やゆめまぼろしなんかじゃなく
確かに質量をもってそこにいるのが
不思議でなりませんでした。
多分あの光景は走馬灯に映ると思います。
The thuds of the blade scraping the ice,
the clear white breath illuminated by
the lights and
the rotating speed which no one can
believe that a human can reach, yet,

And now about Yuzu's report yesterday.
昨日は2つの話題だったね
1つは漁師さんたちの大変な現状
そして もう1つは震災を知らない世代の
避難所運営体験
In the yesterday’s programme,
two topics were reported by Yuzu.
One was about the difficult situation
in the fishing industry and
another one was about the refuge shelter
management experience
by the Junior Highschool students;
the senor student practice
how to manage a refuge shelter while
junior students act as evacuee.
漁師さんたち立ち直りたくても
お仕事がままならないって
本当に辛いよね
きっと震災からの立ち直りが
長い月日を経てやって軌道にって
ところだっただろうし・・・
By the way, the fishing industry is
the main industries in Ofunato,
But the storage of the fishermen’s association
was burned down, so as their fixed-nets.
So even though they want to work, they were not able to.
Besides it, they got terrible damages by the Disaster in 2011.
The damages were so huge, it might take
many years to recover, then, again, , , ,
The total damage the association suffered is
said to be 1,124 M yen.
Thinking about the fact that the
building was reconstructed after 3.11.
it deeply breaks my heart.
女川・・・実はサラは2012年に
まだ 瓦礫が残る女川を訪問させてもらっているんだけど
その女川からの支援って
なんか本当に人のつながりって大事だよね・・・・
Sarah visited Onagawa Town in 2012,
the town was completely wiped out by the disaster,
so when Sarah visited there,
there were still huge mountains of debris.
And now Onagawa fishermen’s association lends
a net to Ofunato.
Yeah, people’s bound is very important.
Yuzu: You mean, you thank them,
since you can use it？
Fisher: Yes, we are grateful that we can work.
いろんが愚痴や泣き言を言いたいだろうし
悲観的になりそうなのに
「ありがたい」ってことば・・・
They must have lots complains and
must be easy to have negative minds but
he said “grateful.”
May GOD keep them！
そして昨日の朝から定置網漁が始まったということで
一瞬 結弦君もほっとしたお顔だったね
でも・・・代わりの網がないのは
やっぱり大変だよね
And Yuzu looked relieved when
he reported that they have just started
fixed-net fishing from yesterday.
However, as it was shown, the net get damage easily
so that used to alternate between four sets of nets,
but this year they have only one, so
they can’t work when the net gets damage,
Yuzu worried about it.
