GIFTのこのお衣装・・・

7年前の今日の結弦君もこのお衣装。

2016年New Year on Ice.

痛め止めを使っての満身創痍の演技。

結弦君の選択は、怪我の治療じゃなくって

阪神大震災への想いを込めた舞だったんだね。

7 years ago, Yuzu performed being in this costume.

In 2016 New Year on Ice.

Using pain-killers, with wounded leg,

Yuzu’s selection was not curing it, but

performing with his thought on "1.17".

 

 

 

 

僕はスケーターだからこそ自分の演技を見て、僕が何かを発信するわけではなくて、皆さんが、ここに来てくださった、この1.17という時間に来てくださった皆さまが、どうゆうふうに思われて、また何かを思い出すきっかけであったり、または何かを始めるきっかけであったりそういうものになれたらいいなと思っています。

I’m a skater, so through my performance, not directly I send out something but I hope my performance would be an opportunity for people who came here at the occasion of 1.17, to think something or remember something or start something.

（17 Jan. is the Memorial Day of Hanshin-Awaji Disaster, occurred on this day in 1995.　2016 New Year on Ice was held on 16 and 17 Jan, Yuzu performed "Final Timve Traveller" to think about the Disaster.)

 

 

 

 

うーん、僕はそれこそ“媒体”なので。
自分の気持ちの中で、もちろん自分としては、なんかこういう気持ちをとってもらいたいかなとか、こういうストーリーがあるんだよっていうのは、もちろんあるんですけど、どっちかというとなんか、皆さんにとっての、皆さんの中の、それぞれの３・１１を思い出したり、そのときの夜空をちょっと思い出してみたり、人と人とのつながりを感じられたり、なんか、そういう機会になったらいいなって思ってます。
I‘m a “medium”. In my mind of course there’re feeling or stories I’d like to deliver personally. But I rather want them to recall the memories of 11 March or the night sky on the day, and to feel the ties among them. I hope it’ll be such an opportunity for them.

 

 

結弦君の気持ちってずっと変わらないんだね。

Yuzu‘s heart never change, even years passed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

"every"さんの結弦君のコーナーも、メッセンジャー。

なんかね、結弦君はアーティストでもあるって思っているけど

結弦君の「芸術」は、勿論そこに結弦君の心も、魂も・・物語もあるけど

でも、それをどう受け止めるか

結弦君はみ～んなにその自由もGIFTしてくれている。

"every" will have a new corner featuring Yuzu as a special messenger.

in it too, Yuzu will be a "medium" between viewer and people who suffered.

Sarah believes Yuzu is also an artist,

and Yuzu GIFTs us freedom how to accep his performance,

although there's Yuzu's mind, sprit and story in it.

 

 

今日の日、結弦君はあの見事なクワド・ループを思い出しているのかな？

そして、1.17に想いを馳せているのかな？

Today, Yuzu is recalling that beautiful quad-Loop, and

thinking about people suffered by 1.17 Disaster?

you are in this costume?
