本当にみなさん、今から試合だと思いますけど、緊張することは何一つ悪いことはなくて、僕なんか、久しぶりに今日はオリンピックかなって思うくらい、すごく緊張しました。
From now, you will compete, and I think you get tensed now, but getting tensed is not bad, like me, today, I’m so tensed as if I were in Olympics.
優勝したい、ノーミスにしたい、先生やお父さん、お母さんとか、おじいちゃん、おばあちゃん、そういう人たちに喜んでもらいたいなって、ほめてもらいたいなってすごく思うと思います。
I believe that you want to win or perform cleanly, or want your coach, father, mother, grandpa or grandma, you want all of them to prise you.
けど、みんながこれまで練習してきたことは絶対になくなりません。僕もここで４歳のときから練習して、一時期ここから離れてしまったときもありますけど、ここでずっと練習してきたことは絶対になくなりません。
Whatever you worked so far never be vain. Although for a while I was away here, but I’ve been practicing here since when I was four years old, and all what I practiced will remain.
小さいとき、ここで練習したことも、シングルループを何回もやったことも何一つなくなっていません。
だから、今日は自信を持って。緊張するかもしれないけど、緊張したら緊張したで、その都度また強くなれるから。

So today, be confident. You may be tensed but whenever you get tensed, you’ll be stronger each time.
