トルコのヨーロッパ側にあるオスマン帝国時代の宮殿、1478年に建てられたトプカプ宮殿
Topkapi Sarayi (Palace), built in 1478, once used as the residence and administrative headquarters of the Ottoman Sultans.
「宮殿」と言っても、大邸宅と言うより、遊牧民族のキャラバンサライのような雰囲気の建物群で、トルコ語ではトプカプ・サライって呼ばれているしね。
As it is called in Turkish language “Topukapi Sarayi”, it doesn’t look like a “palace” but rather like a “caravanserai”.
スルタン・アーメド・モスク（通称「ブルーモスク」）、トプカプ宮殿もそうだけど、世界遺産のイスタンブール歴史地域に古くまれているモスクの１つ
Sultan Ahmed Camii (Mosque), often called as the Blue Mosque; together with Topkapi Sarayi, this Camii locates in the Historic Areas of Istanbul, UNESCO World Heritage.
