お元気？ Hi, how are you doing?
先日はANAさんが医療用ガウンの縫製？ってびっくりしつつ、すごって尊敬したけど、今度は、医療マスクの運搬！ってかさ、武漢からの日本人帰国のニュース映像もANAさんの機種だけだったよね。今、航空業界もとんでもない危機に立たされて、ANA＋JAL合併のうわさもあったりするけど、JALも旅客機を使っての輸送を始めているようで、本当にオール・ジャンパン、いや、オール・ワールドでの辛抱どころだね！
Now, not only individually, but whole world is; medical, social, business, etc.. all of them are facing the biggest difficulty. So as the airliners, actually not only ANA but JAL too, started transporting medical masked by their passenger careers, anyway, we all should be united now to protect ourselves against the virus!
辛抱と言えば、昨日は、オリンピック連覇の祝賀パレードの記念日だったけど、ピョンチャンで結弦君は辛い試練を抱え(辛抱）、でもそれを最高の幸せに転換させた！
体操の内村さんも「金メダル、獲りに来ました」って顔に見えたって言っていたよね。なんかね、いつもここでも（特にコメント欄で）話題になるけど「何か、持っているよね、結弦君は！」って。
Yesterday was the commemorative day of the Parade to celebrate Yuzu’s second Olympic gold!
Although, Yuzu (his ankle) was still be in the terrible condition, he could change such an accursed situation to HAPPINESS! One of the most famous Olympias in the world, Kohei Uchimura (a gymnast with three Olympic golds) said when Yuzu performed his short, he thought Yuzu was telling “I’m here to get the gold!”. Often we talk here too, Yuzu seems have “SOMETHING”!!
カリスマ？ちょっと違うかもだけどカリスマ性があるんじゃないかな。あのさぁ、カリスマってなんかもって生まれたって感じするけど、実は、そう思えてしまうほどのすっごい努力がその陰にはあるんだよね。
カリスマ的な人って、人を動かす表現力があって、自信に満ちて、まっすぐぶれず、そして気品？風格があって・・・
Charismatic？ Often, we think that a charismatic person might be born naturally. However, actually, they work very hard and make heroic efforts, and make people believe as if they were born to be “charismatic”.
When we think about a charismatic person; a person who has performing power to move people, with a strong will (confidence) and principle, and looks noble? dignity. . .
でも、表現力にしても、例えば流ちょうな会話ができるとか、音楽、ダンスとか芸術的な表現ができるとか、これって確かに天性の部分もあるだろうけど、でも天性だとしても、その後の努力が伴わなければ単なる宝の持ち腐れになっちゃうし、ましてや進化はしないよね。
“Performing power”, well, expressive power, flowing speeches, or artistic performances to move people hearts, there’re some people who got such talents naturally, however, without efforts, they may not keep their talents nor develop them.
「自信」だって、得るための努力をしているからこそ、その努力が大きければ大きいほど、大きな自信につながるだろうし、そして表現も「自信」が伴っていれば、より大きく人々を動かせるし。
“Confidence” too, without efforts, how can a person have a confidence? To get bigger confidence, more and harder efforts must be required. And with that confidence, “performance power” may also be stronger to move more people.
まっすぐ突き進むことも、自分の目標へ気持ちを確固たるものにする、細かな目標理解、分析があるから、あれこれすり寄ってくるいろんな言葉や状況を分析しつつ、目標をブラすことなく突き進めるけど、そうした努力がなされていなかったら、結局、某記者のように訳の分かんないことにこだわるただの頑固者！
To have a strong and stable principle, he should have the goal. To make the goal firm and confident, he should understand it and analyse it carefully, and also considering and analysing the outer situations, work for his goal. Without such efforts, he would be just a jarhead, like that journalist complaining stupidly.
でさ、風格、気品って・・王者になったから「風格」、みたいに思えちゃうけど、実は、それ以前にもっと内面的なものが大きく左右していない？風格ってただえばり腐っていたら、某記者のように「ばっかじゃない？」ってバカにされるわけよね。でも、ほら、パレードでこっちを向いてくれた！それだけで感動のあまり涙！そういう風格があるっていうのは、それだけの偉業があるからだけじゃなくって、同時にそこには「心」があると思うのよ。
人としての「温かさ」とか「気遣い」とか、そういう心がなかったら、「風格」とか「気品」って出てこないんじゃない？
Then a “dignity” or “noble” look, well, it may not only come because a person achieved something great, but it comes with his heart. Just displaying his arrogance then again he would be that journalist. . .!
But you see, in case of Yuzu, just Yuzu looks at you, you may be so happy to tear! That is not only because he’s so handsome 😁 but because he got a warm and carful mind. His mind is creating his dignity and grace, don’t you think so?
何度も「努力」にウソつかれちゃって、でも、絶対にあきらめず、「自信」をもって「ぶれず」に努力を重ね、ここぞって時には「努力」がどっか～んって大きな実を結ぶ！
やっぱさ、結弦君には「カリスマ性」があるね！（と、結弦君のパレード映像を振り返りながら思ったサラでした。）
Working hard and harder and hardest, but often tricks of fortune suffer Yuzu, but he never gives up, and work harder again, and at the best moment, he holds the biggest happiness!!! Yeah, Yuzu must has “charismatic” power!!!
