メッセージにコメントは、とても！かなり！…いや、もうものっっっっ凄く！！！！励まされました（泣）暖かい皆さまの言葉に震えました。ここでこうして声を掛けて頂けるというのは、本当に幸せ者だなぁと思いました。
そして、自身を振り返る良い機会ともなりました。対策はしつつ自分の考えも持ちつつ、でも傲らず精進していかねば…と再確認しました。どれかが足りなくて色んな意味で隙があったのではないだろうかと思います。

ずっと訳そうとメモにはずっと入れていたもののなかなか進まなかったペトゥラ・クラークの歌う『Downtown（当時の邦題は、恋のダウンタウン）』
中学生の時、兄が持っていたEPレコードを何度も何度も借りて聴いていた曲。
確かCMに使われていて、それを聴いて大好きになって、それで何度も何度も聴いていたはず。あまりに何度も借りるので兄は呆れていたことでしょう…笑

ペトゥラ・クラーク （Petula Clark、1932年11月15日 - ）は、イングランド・サリー州エプソム出身の歌手、女優。
イギリスを代表するシンガーの一人であり、特に1960年代が全盛期であった。
イギリスのみならずフランスにも進出を果たし、特に1964年の「恋のダウンタウン」で世界的ヒットを飛ばした。チャート上では、イギリスではザ・ビートルズの「アイ・フィール・ファイン」に1位を阻まれ2位どまりだったが、アメリカでは1位を記録した。
また『フィニアンの虹』ではハリウッド映画にも進出を果たした。

これ、同世代の方ならきっと昔どこかで聴いたことがあるかと思うのですが、現代ではどうなんでしょうか？CMとか使われてたりする？？？
