オハヨウゴザイマス！
肌寒い朝です。
昨日、ジムにて「フォワードレンジ」というトレーニングをして、
ウェイトを持って、
右左と交互に前に足を出してしゃがむという動作を繰り返すんですけど、
これ、全身運動なんで、腹筋から脚、そんで背筋に至るまで、
昨夜から全身筋肉痛のMKです。
30キロぐらい抱えてやったんで（苦笑）マジで痛いっ。(´д｀lll)
↑ あ、お逢いした方はご存知かと思いますが、
決して筋肉もりもりなんかではないデスよ。ごくフツーの感じです（笑）
あのね、トレーニングの時、「追いこむ」っていうじゃないですか。
もうこれ以上出来ない！！むりーーーむーーりーーーー。
っていうくらいまで追い込まないと、あんまり効果は期待できないらしい。
効果って言うのは、アンチエイジングを促す
成長ホルモンの分泌が体内でなされることであーる。笑
いや、トレーニングって科学なので、
これは、ミスダビデの教えでもあるのだけど。笑
最近、3セットの最後に「もうむーーりーーーー」ってウェイトが上がらなくなるくらいまで、
頑張るようにしてるんだけど、
人間ついつい逃げちゃう。
…ので、昨日は逃げずにやったらこのアリ様である( ´艸｀)
まあ、効いた！ってことですね。
ってことにしておこう。

今朝はゴスペルを１曲ね、聴かせていただきます。
時々ね、ものすごくソウルフルなの聴きたくなるのだ。
