前回のBlogで「睡眠発見（再発見）」のような記事を書きました。
ふと、高校時代に好きでよく聴いた「The Band - Stage Fright」
どれもが好きな歌ばかりですが、
「Sleeping」思い出したので、自分なりに訳してみました。
例によって「特別な英語教育」は受けていませんので
誤訳の程はご容赦を。
これは私のボケ防止対策ですので。
今日も「お疲れ」。そんな自分に一曲・・・だったり。

夕暮れの秘密と選んだ生活

再び愛し合うのに充分な時間。
And for nothing more, the world was too sore to live in.
更に何のためか、この世は生きるには余りにも痛みを伴う。
Sad old ships, a morning eclipse,
夜明けの太陽は、古き悲しき舟か。
I spent my whole life guessing,
私の生涯は謎解きに費やされた。
Then I turned from the sun, and saw everyone searching.
日の光から戻ってきた時、誰もが（何かを）探しているように見えた。
The hoot owl and his song, will bring you along
ホーホーと鳴くフクロウと付き合う。
Where else on earth would you wanna go?
いったい何処へ行きたがっている？
We can leave all this hate, before it's too late
手遅れにならない内に、憎しみを忘れる事はできる。
Why would we wanna come back at all?
なんで俺達はよりを戻すことができるんだい？
Cobwebs on my pillow, I'm found in the willow,
枕の上のくもの巣に、いたむ心を見た。
I'd spend my whole life sleeping.
私の生涯は眠りに費やされた。
To be called by noon is to be called too soon today.
午前中までに、余りにも早すぎる今日に。
The storm is passed, there is peace at last,
嵐は過ぎ去り、ついに来た平和。

今音の無い静寂。何処にも誰も居ない。
