I draw inspirations from many encounters in my life.
Words, music and nature are three major ones.
It doesn't often get translated into the work I create in an obvious way.
But sometimes it does.

Here is a grass I found on a walk, being tangled in a gorse bush other day.
I found it incredibly beautiful: these colours together and the gradations of them.
The colour combinations that I wouldn't really come up with.

普段、いろんな出会いからインスピレーションを受けとりますが、私にとっては言葉や音楽、自然がその大きな源です。
わかりやすく作品に昇華される時はあまりない気がしますが、たまにそういうこともあります。

この写真は散歩中に見つけた草です。
ゴースの木に絡まっていたのですが、美しいでしょう?
この色の組み合わせとグラデーションは、ちょっと自分では思いつかないなぁと感じました。
