What is the most important factor in deciding our houses?
Those factors depends on people; however, the most important factor should be a place where we would like to get home every day.
I seek a good view which can make me relaxed while going to work every day, for I can feel everything such as life of people living there.
Though, in my opinion, my recent circumstances are satisified with above condition, it's getting difficult year after year to search a housing which meets my condition due to increase in disasters.
Even though my recent house is a rent one, I plan to built my own house which I can be relaxed in the future.
