Borrowing Money by One's Friend

It is sometimes said that borrowing money from a friend can harm or damage the friendship.

What do you think above sentence?

It’s depending on the sum and whether I return the money or not. But it is high possibility that money break the relationship essentially. In this point above statement is true, I think.

When we lose the trust from friends, our relationship must be damage, because what the most important in friend relationship is trust. Especially money’s problem is cause of losing trust. To earn money takes huge hour and effort. This hardship concerns with our unpleasant feeling, when friend does not return money to us. Then we regard friend as irresponsible person.

Money is important for our life. By the nature of money, money’s problem is easy to damage the friendship.

A chief must straine his ears to catch the thought of section member because he must

understand member's thought. A section activity never success without sympathy for him.

If a chief cannot understand their opinion, they lose trust in chief and cannot practice well in section activity. A chief must make an important dicision with member after understand member's opinion like a complaint, a expextation. The Section activity are must built by all of members to make good environment.

ESS is founded on the morale of the all members.

A chief should never make an important decision alone. He has a responsibility to make an

important decision like a system of pracrtice. Then, he must understand such decision directly inflence on the morale of the members. For example, Too hard practice might is hard to some members.

He must avoid situation which the decision lower thier morale because ESS is founded on the morale. A chief should strain his ears to catch the thought of section member and try to understand member's thought to create good activities.

A chief must try to gain the motivation of the members, so he shoud never make an important

decision alone.

Section of ESS consists of not only section chief but also all members. For them, a section chief in ESS should never make an important decision alone in every situation or any cases.

I think all members has right to say something about important decision. It is difficult to define important decision. But important decision means that this decision may be govern all section members. If we discuss the important decision with all members, we can minimize complain about it, because they can involve in discussion and understand each other.

Whose holder ESS is? Of course, not only section chief but all members. If so, a section chief in ESS should never make an important decision alone in every situation or any cases.

Today, I would like you to know how important to learn with friends.

Of course, as you, I used to study for exam with my friends, and sometimes, friends disturbed me to study , on the contrary I did.

But, we were not commmon in subjects we love.

For example, I teached one of my friends mathmatics, on the other hand, she asked me some questions about world-history.

I enjoyed to study for examination and I would sucseed to do well.

This experience told me that it is very good to lean with friends.

What do you think that people can learn better by themselves than with their friends?

Human is very weak physically and mentally. Human makes group, lives together and helps each other. On the other hand, Learning something or study is very hard and tough for most of people, because understanding something needs to endurance. I am typical human which without help or society I can not do anything and I hate study.

I really think that friends are important in order to overcome human’s natural weakness and to learn with strong motivation. It is because when we learn with friends, teach each other or check each other are possible and sometimes rivalry with friends encourages each other to learn and make us forget about hardness of study.

When I work out plan myself, I was difficult to continue with that plan. I gave up and I could not achieve the purpose. I felt self-satisfaction and easy to run away from suffer of study, because no one watched me and no one advised me and there were no competition.

On the contrary, when I declared the objective and carried out objective with friends. This situation forced me to study hard, because I could not give up obstinately and sham feeling, moreover learn with friends gave me enjoyment and rivalry even if there were hard and difficult. This enjoyment and rivalry removed me from bore, hardness and impatient.

Most of people dislike study, I also, and feel hardness. It is true that proverb which is “no pain" "no gain”. But with fiends can be minimize the hardness rather than by themselves. So people can learn better with their friends than by themselves.

It is so hard to memorize English words, world history and formula of mathematics.
A friends maybe become the motivation for me to study and sometimes teach me , but finally we must study by themselves. The reason is that we must make effort over and over to get strong knowledge. Such knowldedge never disappear easily, and this is significance to study.

Friends are can teach us how to study but they cannot give us steady knowledge.

It is only one opportunity to start study. We cannnot get strong knowledge without making effort by themselves.
