    Well, I have tried takuan and I do like it. I also like pickled ginger on gyudon beef bowl. Japanese food is so popular around the world. It is delicious!

    TAKUAN is a pickled japanese radish and KUSAYA is a dried horse mackerel.
    Both of them smell too stink.
    But I like them because they're so delicious.
