I was able to listen to the broadcast in real time.
The song selection really gave me that “You’d want to be right there at SugarShack, drinking and listening to this, wouldn’t you?” feeling—it made me want to hop on a train to Kawasaki right then and there.

Oh yeah!
Every song was amazing.
I remember hearing the first song at the bar, too…
Can Funk Shun, Cameo, S.O.S. Band
All of them are groups I was introduced to at SugarShack and have become favorites of mine.

I spent quite a while in the car listening to the recording over and over again.
The heavy, deep, undulating bass and rhythm, complemented by the guitar riffs—
This month’s playlist really gave me the illusion that I was listening to it right there at SugarShack.

The final song was a tribute, wasn’t it?
I love SugarShack for never forgetting their love for these great artists.

November starts tomorrow.
I wasn’t able to go to SugarShack in October.
Even though it’s the most pleasant season of the year.
Every year, I just can’t seem to make time for it in the fall and spring.

I waited until tonight (the last day of October), but since the list of songs played wasn’t posted on SugarShack’s blog, I’ve recorded the tracks myself.
The source is the on-air list posted on the U-MORE! "radiko." website on the day I listened.

One Way    / Wild Night

Sun / Super Duper Super Star

Can Funk Shun / Hard Lovin’

Cameo / She’s Strange

Kleeer / De Ting Continues

Midnight Star / Playmates

Freddie Jackson / Have You Ever Loved Somebody

I’ll check the owner’s blog again, and if the list has been posted there, I’ll add a link here and replace the list above with it.

I want to listen to the fall “Quiet Storm” on SugarShack.

On October 16, I listened to the FM Yokohama U-MORE! broadcast on “radiko.”
