アズナヴールは、イギリスの連続ドラマ「女の七つの顔」のために、英語歌詞の「She」を作りました。
この曲は、映画「ノッティングヒルの恋人」（1999年、ジュリア・ロバーツ、ヒュー・グラント主演）の主題歌としても使われ、アズナヴールが歌っています。
フランス語の歌詞は、英語の歌詞の後に作られたものですが題名は
「Tous Les Visages De L'amour」
となっています。原題を直訳すれば「愛の持つあらゆる顔」という意味になります。
邦題の「忘れじの面影」は、どうやら英語版から付けたようです。
