高速乗って行こうと思いましたが、思い留まりました。
「現地に行かない」という制限を自分に設けている為、危うくそのルールを破るところでした。
人は、制限を設ける事により、「知恵」を絞りだします。
頭を使わずに「体」を動かすのは簡単なんです。
体を使う事を否定はしませんが、どれだけ頭を使うのかも大事です。
現地にいかずにどうやって解決するのか。
３つ隣の別のご入居者様に電話しました。

体使って、高速乗って行ったら１時間以上かかった作業が、電話１本で５分で解決しました。
ご入居者様にとっては、どっちが良かったでしょうか！？
１時間かかるのか、５分で解決するのか。
色んな方の目線からすると、「管理会社としてあり得ない！！」でしょうか。
私のやり方は、「見え方」は悪いのかもしれません。
でも、私が最も大事にしているのは「見え方」ではありません。
「解決」するという「結果」です。
それがご入居者様を助ける事に繋がるからです。
管理会社の存在意義は、「解決」するのが「目的」であり、「現場に駆け付ける」事ではありません。
「現場に駆け付ける」事は「解決」という「目的」を達成する為の「手段」でしかありません。
その「目的」と「手段」を取り違えてはいけません。
たくさんの管理物件をお預かりしている私は、「現場に駆け付ける」という「手段」を使っていたのでは、回りません。
「知恵」を絞って、いかに早く「解決」できるのか。
周りからの「見え方」なんて気にしません。
１分でも早く「解決」する為には、「現場に駆け付ける」という「手段」は、私の中では最終案にしかならないのです。
だって、一番時間がかかるので。

I thought about taking the highway, but I changed my mind.
I had set a limit for myself of "not going to the site," so I almost broke that rule.
By setting limits, people can use their "ingenuity."
It's easy to move your body without using your head.
I'm not against using your body, but how much you use your head is also important.
How can we solve this problem without going to the site?

What would have taken over an hour of physical effort and a trip on the highway to fix the problem was solved in five minutes with just one phone call.
Which was better for the tenant?!
Will it take an hour, or will it be resolved in five minutes?
From many people's perspective, this is "unacceptable for a management company!!"
My way of doing things may not "appear" good.
But what I value most is not "appearance."
The "result" of "resolving" the problem.
Because that leads to helping our tenants.
The purpose of a management company's existence is to "resolve" the problem, not to "rush to the scene."
"Rush to the scene" is merely a "means" to achieving the "purpose" of "resolving" the problem.
You must not confuse these "purposes" with "means."
With so many properties under my management, I wouldn't be able to get things done if I used the "means" of "rush to the scene."
I rack my brains to find the quickest way to "resolve" the problem.
I don't care how I appear to others.
In order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, rushing to the scene is always my last resort.
Because it takes the longest time.

原本需要花费一个多小时的体力劳动，还要跑一趟高速公路才能解决问题，现在只需一个电话，五分钟就搞定了。
对租户来说，哪个更好呢？！
是要花一个小时，还是五分钟就能解决？
在很多人看来，这对一家物业公司来说简直“不可接受”！
我的做法或许“看起来”不太好。
但我最看重的不是“表面”，而是“解决”问题的“结果”。
因为这最终是为了帮助我们的租户。
物业公司存在的目的是“解决”问题，而不是“匆忙赶到现场”。
“匆忙赶到现场”仅仅是实现“解决”问题的“手段”。
你千万不要把这些“目的”和“手段”混淆。
由于我管理的房产众多，如果我采取“赶赴现场”这种“手段”，根本无法完成所有工作。
我绞尽脑汁，寻找解决问题的最快方法。
我不在乎别人怎么看我。
为了尽快解决问题，赶赴现场永远是我的最后选择。
因为那样最耗时。
