日本漢字能力検定協会
級漢字学習ステップ
漢検２級を対象に、日本人向きの受験参考書です。漢検を行う検定協会自体に造られたもので実践的な限りです。日本全土、どんな本屋にでもある、遍く使われている本です。
Designed for those wishing to take the Kanji Kentei Level 2, a Test Preparation Reference geared towards Japanese. It's made by the group that administers the tests, so it's got to be good. It's used widely and available in nearly every bookstore in Japan.

完全マスター漢字 日本語能力試験１級レベル
日本語能力試験１級の範囲内に含まれる約２１００字を合格できるように克服する為には、この本が一番だと思います。単語の適切な使い方が身につけるように練習問題はとても多くて、とても使いやすい本です。
This is probably the best book for mastering the nearly 2100 characters required to pass the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1. It has tons of Practice Exercises in order to retain the appropriate usage of the words, and is really user-friendly.

完全マスター漢字 日本語能力試験２級レベル
日本語能力試験２級に合格できるには、教育漢字を使えることが必要です。その為、全くゼロから始まります。とはいえ、アメリカの大学の基準から見るとかなり難しいです。同封されるＣＤには、聞き取り問題が載っています。再生を聴きながらできるだけ漢字を使って書き写す練習です。
You need to be able to use the standard 1025 characters in order to pass JLPT 2. For that purpose, this book starts from zero. However, based on the standard of American universities it's pretty difficult stuff. The CD included with the book contains Listening Comprehension problems where you write out sentences spoken aloud, using as much Kanji as you can.

完全マスター２級 日本語能力試験文法問題対策
漢字じゃないけど、外国人向きの日本語能力試験文法問題対策です。漢字の学習と同時に勉強するのがお勧めです。
It's not Kanji, but rather a guide to learning the grammar necessary to pass JLPT1 / JLPT2. I recommend studying it at the same time as Kanji.
