     エンタープライズ&パートナーグループに所属する、インキュベー
     ションセールスチームでは、チームマネージメントのご経験が豊富
     なセールスマネージャーを募集しています。
     ソリューションスペシャリスト(ソリューション営業)、プリセール
     ス、パートナー向け営業などをまとめ、マイクロソフトにとって今
     後重要となるソリューション・製品の担当チームを率い、日本市場
     に根付かせる強力な統率力を求めています。
     
     Incubation Sales Manager adds value to Microsoft by developi
     ng high-performing Solution Specialist Professional (Solutio
     n Sales) , Technical Sales Professional (Pre-sales) and spec
     ialist Partner Account Managers (Partner sales) individuals
     and teams who meet or exceed quota across Microsoft products
      in the incubation model. They provide critical local and sp
     ecialist sales management to ensure focus and development of
      these products.
     
     Incubation Sales is part of the WW Enterprise & Partner Grou
     p sales organizatio that are responsible for building the ne
     xt billion dollar businesses for Microsoft. We take new acqu
     isitions and new products (and often new business models) an
     d we have a worldwide dedicated sales team. Incubation curre
     ntly includes HPC, Online Services (Azure Platform), Identit
     y and Access, IAG, Voice (OCS Enterprise), Mobility (MDM) an
     d Parallel Datawarehouse (PDW).
     
     <業務内容>
     <Responsibilities>
     Sales manager at Incubation role adds value by:
     1.Managing the overall team process to develop workload/solu
     tion area, competitive and strategic initiative opportunity
     and pipeline assessment.
     2.Developing and maintaining a valid, healthy solution sales
     , partner sales and pre-sales team pipeline.
     3.Growing and maintaining a healthy partner ecosystem.
     4.Developing a resource allocation strategy that enables eff
     ective opportunity engagement.
     5.Growing individual employees into effective and knowledgea
     ble Solution Sales Specialists who are motivated and committ
     ed to their customers and internal teams.
     6.Hiring qualified individuals with high potential to succee
     d.
     7.Growing and maintaining healthy customer relationships.
     8.Business Management: Run the ROB (rhythm of the business)
     for Incubation sales through the development and coordinatio
     n of business processes, reporting and management control sy
     stems. Develop and document business practices and planning
     guidelines for consistent management and tracking of the var
     ied incubation businesses. Drive the regular business review
     s (Business Group MBRs and QBRs) for Incubation products
     9.Strategy development: as new products join incubation and
     others leave, we need to provide clarity to Business Groups
     (BGs) and to the key selling/marketing organizations within
     the subsidairy as to how our model works and can best be lev
     eraged. The development of strategies, backed by processes a
     nd documentation defining these key enter/exit stages of bus
     inesses growing in Microsoft (and others in between) to enab
     le us to be predictable and accountable.
     10.Supporting the leadership team: With the expansion of the
      team there are numerous opportunities to take a leadership
     role on a variety of projects (such as a new acquisition, a
     new business, a business turnaround program, headcount and f
     iscal planning etc.)

     ・10年以上のIT業界での経験(営業経験)と、5年以上の豊富なマネー
     ジメント経験
     ・最先端のIT技術に対する興味と関心、豊富な知識
     ・5名以上のチームを率いた豊富な経験
     ・チームメンバーのパフォーマンス・モチベーションを保ち、チー
     ム全体を成功へ導くドライブ力
     ・ネイティブレベルの日本語力、流暢な英語力
     (上長はオーストラリアになります)
     
     ・Over 10 years work experience in IT industry and 5+ years
     experience of people management
     ・Driven sales team staff 5+ staff successfully.
     ・Ability to successfully enable an optimal performance envi
     ronment where teams and individuals are motivated to succeed
     .
     ・Native level of Japanese and Fluent English required
給  与:年俸 300万円~800万円
