Overview
This bulletin announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life for select 10/100 Line Cards, Gigabit Ethernet Line Cards, power supplies, and power entry modules for the Catalyst 6500 series. Last orders were accepted January 13, 2006, with support continuing through January 31, 2011 under active service contracts. Customers should plan migration to newer hardware and modules.

| End of New Service Attachment Date | The last date to order a new service-and-support contract for product not covered. | January 13, 2007 |
| End of Service Contract Renewal Date | The last date to extend or renew a service contract for the product. | April 10, 2010 |
| Last Date of Support | The last date to receive service and support. After this date, all support services are unavailable. | January 31, 2011 |
