Overview
Release 10.2(2)F provides new features, enhanced platform support, and bug fixes for Nexus 9000 Series switches, including Secure Erase, PTP enhancements, Logging 2.0 improvements, and SR-TE usability features.

64-bit Migration — 9504/9508 platform and line cards now support 64-bit NX-OS; 32-bit images no longer supported.

PTP v1 and v2 Co-existence — Supported on 9300-GX, 9300-GX2, 9300-FX3 platforms.

Logging 2.0 Enhancements — Unified log format using ISO 8601; NX-OS Python Decoder supports interactive decoding.

PTP IPv6 UDP Unicast Transport — Supported on 9300-FX, 9300-FX2, 9300-GX, 9300-GX2; PTP unicast negotiation supported on all Nexus 9000 platforms.

Underlay SM PIM Groups Increase — BUM/TRM default-MDT and TRM Data-MDT scales increased from 128 to 512 multicast groups.

Guidelines and Limitations
