  • Required control and management protocols must be permitted through contracts.
  • A 10G interface is required for controller (APIC) connectivity on leaf nodes.
  • Avoid direct physical connections between switches from different ACI fabrics.
  • Verify MACsec and CloudSec compatibility where required.
  • Remove legacy or incompatible optics prior to deployment.
