< 材料(二人分) >


*サバ缶・・・1缶(190g)

*玉ねぎ・・・中1/2個

*卵・・・1個

*パン粉・・・大さじ3

*塩、胡椒・・・適量


< 作り方 >


①玉ねぎをみじん切りにし、サバ缶は汁を良く切ってボールに入れ手でほぐす。

②卵、パン粉も加え、塩と胡椒をふりよく混ぜる。

③手に水を付けて魚型に形を整える。

④油をしき、焼く。

*元気が出る。

*見た目と味で二度美味しい。
