*パン粉・・・大さじ3

< 作り方 >
①玉ねぎをみじん切りにし、サバ缶は汁を良く切ってボールに入れ手でほぐす。
②卵、パン粉も加え、塩と胡椒をふりよく混ぜる。
③手に水を付けて魚型に形を整える。
④油をしき、焼く。
