パン粉大さじ3
卵1個
塩コショウ

<手順>
1.たまねぎをみじん切りにして、電子レンジで温める
2.サバ缶・たまねぎ・パン粉・卵1個・塩コショウをこねる(サバ缶の水気を切っておく)
3.三等分にして形作る
4.フライパンで焦げ目がつくまで両面焼く
