Then slowly come in to #treepose #vrksasana by standing with my right leg and bring left sole of foot on my right inner thigh. Bring the knee up as you open hips and hook your arm under the left thigh, bring your right arm behind and interlace fingers to keep the thigh lifted. Inhale open chest and lengthening spine, exhale reground through the standing leg, enjoy opening and stretching hips and root chakra. If you wish, extend the leg for advanced pose. Slowly bring the leg down and do other side.
