ここでブランドコンセプトのご紹介をさせて頂きます。
BRAND CONCEPT
SIERA LEONE means “a lion that glows in a rough land such as a desert” in Spanish.
We interpret this as “those who glow in a blank place and make those around them glow too by their influence.” We have adopted this name in hope that we keep on offering products
which can make both users of SIERA LEONE and those around them happy.
We are making clothes, keeping the linkage of mutual aid and positive influences to people in mind.
We produce delicate and powerful lines,
by strengthening expression in the details of clothes using stereoscopic process and accessories,
and also by stressing the characters of colors and combining them with expression of clothes,
while producing beauty of balance.
SIERA LEONE とはスペイン語で
『砂漠など過酷な地で、こうこうと輝くライオン』という意味があり、
『なにもない場所で光輝いて、その影響力で周りをも輝かせる』
それはSIERA LEONE を着て下さっている人や、
その周りの人まで幸せにできるような物作りを
続けたいという願いが込められています。
人と人が助け合う繋がり、
人にプラスの影響力を与えることを念頭に洋服制作を行っています。
服のディティールを立体的な加工・付属使いによって表情を強める。
更に、カラーの持つ個性を引き出し表情に組み合わせることで、バランスの美しさを楽しむ。
繊細かつパワーを感じるラインを制作しています。

Since ancient times crystal has been thought to be the fossil of ice and called “water nymph” as it is often found around the places where water springs. Its transparency and mysteriousness made it so treasured as to use it as a magic ball.
It also has the effect of healing because it is said to absorb evil and purify spirit.
Hoping you will have enough gentleness to get and give love, we present you crystal with love of Undine together with our clothes.

Undine is a novel written by the 19th century German author, Friedrich Fouque.
Hoping soul and love, which Undine wished to have, will flow and circulate throughout people’s minds, we have adopted the name changing the U of Undine to W, that is “Wendine.”

水晶 クリスタルは古来、水の沸くような場所で発見された事から
氷の化石と思われており”水精”と呼ばれていました。
その透明性、神秘性から魔法の玉などとして用いられ大切に扱われていました。
また、邪気を吸収し浄化してくれることから癒しの効果があります。
愛を得ること、与えることができる優しい気持ちになれますよう
ウンディーネの愛を込めたクリスタルを服と共にお届けします。

ウンディーネは19世紀ドイツの作家、フリードリヒ.フーケによって作られた物語。
水の精ウンディーネの得たいと願った魂=愛が
水のように人の心を巡って循環していきますようにという想いから、
Undineの頭文字をWに変えWendine ウェンディーネとネーミングしました。
Vadret Tellor is a coined word based on the words of Romansch, an extinguishing language.
“Vadret” means glacier, and the word “Tellor” is coined by combining Terra,
name of the Roman goddess of the earth (Gaia in Greek myths), and Taylor, which means a tailor.
It is targeted for 20s women who, we hope, have the mind of preserving tradition and other important things inherited for years (such as original intentions) and embracing the surroundings like the sun shining beautifully above magnificent mountains covered with snow.
We produce femininity that is symbolized by white of snow,
aiming at making products which make people
who wear them shine like the sun and have warm feelings.
Vadret Tellor(バドレット テラー) は絶滅の危機に瀕しているロマンシュ語を組み込んで作った造語。
「Vadret」は氷河を意味し、「Tellor」はローマ神話の母なる大地の女神の名テラ
(ギリシャ神話ではGaia) と、洋服屋を意味するTaylor(テイラー)を組み合わせた言葉です。
20代全般の女性に向け、伝統や、昔から受け継がれる大切なものを守っていく心(初心など)を大切にし、
壮大な雪山で美しく輝く太陽のように、
強く周囲のものを包み込むような存在でありたい。
という願いが込められています。
雪の白が象徴する女性らしさを演出し、身に付けた人があたたかな気持ちで太陽の様に輝けるよう愛される物作りを目指していきます。
Long time ago, the goddess of rainbow, Iris, threw a seven-colored arch between
the sky and the earth, holding the wand which was the token of messenger in her hand.
Iris told people that it was “the symbol of hope and happing” and gave them a crystal (diamond)
rolled down from the arch as a diamond in the rough.
If spending time sincerely with wisdom, courage and belief, the crystal is sparkling and
the seven-colored arch leads you the future filled with hope and happiness.

その昔、虹の女神Iris 手に伝令の証である杖を握り 空と大地の間に七色のアーチを架けました。
Irisはそれを“希望と幸福の象徴”として人々に伝え、
アーチからこぼれた結晶(ダイヤモンド)をその原石として授けました。
知恵・勇気・信念をもって誠実な時間を積み重ねたとき 結晶が輝き
七色のアーチが希望と幸福に満ちた未来へと導きます。
