After Dr. Pung's medical training, he received a Master of Public Health degree from the Johns Hopkins University. He received numerous awards including the National Research Service Award from NIH. Dr. Pung became the Director of the Division of Allergy and Immunology at Georgetown University Medical Center where he holds a Professorship. He pays attention to detailed medical history to uncover underlying etiology and explains pathogenic processes of allergic conditions to the patients and families. Dr. Pung currently provides clinical services along with teaching future young physicians.
