新しいPJが始まりました。角地に面する飲食店のリノベーションです。

敷地は角地に面し、鉄骨造3階建、スケルトン状態で3つの出入口がシャッターで塞がれています。運営的に席の配置的に、そして利用者の動線的にどの部分を出入口にするか決め手となりそうです。

物件の契約を終えたので、早々に現場実測を行います。

A new PJ began. It is a renovation of a restaurant facing the corner lane.

The site faces the corner lane, three steel floor buildings, three entrances are closed with a shutter in the skeleton state. It seems to be a deciding factor as to how to arrange the seats in an administrative manner, and which part of the user's flow line as an entrance.

Since I have finished the contract for the property, I will perform field measurements as soon as possible.
