170314_KMG_地鎮祭

昨日、工事請負契約と共にKMG_pjの地鎮祭が行われました。間口わずか4.3m、奥行13.2mの異形狭小敷地に建つ住宅です。

本計画は地盤改良を必要とする為、早速今週末から工事がスタートします。本来であれば、工事契約後、地盤改良工事計画書等の検討を数日かけてやり取りを行うのですが、契約前にも関わらず数週間前から検討を重ねて頂いてた工務店さんなので、スムーズに工事に入る事が出来ました。

上棟は4月末。いよいよ着工です。

Yesterday, the ground-breaking ceremony of KMG_pj was held with a construction contract contract. A frontage is a house built on only 4.3m, the heteromorphic narrow site of 13.2m in depth.

Construction starts this plan at the end of this week at once to need ground improvement. I exchanged the examination such as ground improvement construction plans for a few days, but, after a construction contract, was able to originally enter the construction smoothly because it was the engineering firm which had you repeat examination for several weeks in spite of before contract.

The laying the roof is the end of April. It is finally the start of construction.
