Former UK's colonies such as South Africa, Egypt and Kenya are taken over by China economically one after another. South Africa is a member of BRICS. Egypt has been accepted as a member of expanded BRICS. Kenya's economy is growing rapidly thanks to infrastructures built by China.
China's Belt and Road Initiative and Global Development Initiative make more and more developing countries of the Global South willing to indicate allegiance to China.
Furthermore, BRICS is planning to introduce their common currency, which will undermine US dollar's hegemony. Losing US dollar's hegemony will lead to the decline and fall of US banking and investment banking firms.
Since the US and UK don't have sufficient military forces to destroy China, the US and UK need some stupid country that will recklessly fight against China to destabilize the Chinese society, during the period of which the US and UK would attempt to topple China's communist government.
Under these circumstances, the US and UK are trying to transform Japan into a fascism country that will wage a proxy war against China as soon as possible.
The method that the US and UK is using to control Japan is a sheer intimidation.
Through Unification Church scandal, Japanese politicians are so intimidated and frightened by the US that Japanese politicians are completely obedient to the US. [1]

In late August, Japan's Kishida cabinet came up with an action plan on a the government-led national campaign to justify Japan's position on the nuclear contaminated water, which includes sending out TV messages, putting up Internet videos, educating students at school, and mobilizing celebrities and influencers. 3. A coming military clash between Japan and China

Secondly, China's CGTN (China Global Television Network) can start broadcasting 24/7 Internet TV news programs of Japanese language version to provide objective facts of the reality to the Japanese people so that the US and UK's attempt to transform japan into a fascism militaristic country will be prevented.
Currently, CGTN is providing only text news articles in the Japanese language over the Internet. [11]
For example, CGTN can provide information on facts of the reality such as China's efforts to support African countries' independent economic growth and China's policies of Belt and Road Initiative, Global Development Initiative, Global Security Initiative and Global Civilization Initiative. [12]
Thirdly, China can work together with BRICS, Asian and African countries, Pacific Island countries, Central and South American countries and the US to condemn the fascism militaristic tendency of Japan. G7 including Japan will be isolated.
5. The Japanese people's pro-peace and pro-China mass campaign
Based upon information on facts of the reality provided by China and CGTN, the Japanese people can organize and start massive pro-peace and pro-China national movements both on the ground and in the cyber space.

Pro-peace and pro-China political parties will spring up here and there in Japan both on the ground and in the cyber space. Each party establishes Internet TV station and sends out facts of the reality to viewers.
Preventing Japan from being transformed into a fascism militaristic country, China will maintain peace, stability and prosperity of Asia.
