1. Trudeau's accusation against India
On September 18th, Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made a bomb-shell accusation against India at the Canadian Parliament, saying that India is involved in the killing of a Sikh separatist leader in suburban Vancouver, Canada. [1]

The Indian government immediately denied the Canadian charges as "absurd" and strongly blamed Justin Trudeau's allegations.
So far, Canada expelled one Indian diplomat out of Canada. India expelled one Canadian diplomat out of India.
According to news reports, Canada had contacted the US on the subject before Trudeau made his public accusations against India. Also, reportedly, the US's intelligence organizations are cooperating with Canada on the subject.
Trudeau hasn't yet disclosed evidences that substantiate his allegations. But, his accusation's ramification is enormous. It will deteriorate the relations between Canada and India. It will disrupt the US's so-called "Indo Pacific Strategy" whose aim is to contain China.
2. Sikhs' separatists movement in India
For decades, India has been troubled with Sikhs' separatists movement called the Khalistan movement that demands the establishment of Sikh's independent state in Punjab, north western part of India. [2]

[The Sikhs' proposed territories of Khalistan includes the entirety of the Sikh-majority Indian state of Punjab. In addition, some Sikh groups claims Pakistani Punjab and other parts of North India such as Chandigarh, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh too.]
Some Sikhs' separatists became militant and staged unrest in Punjab especially in and after 1980s.
In June 1984, to suppress Sikhs' militant activities, the Indian government led by Prime Minister Indira Gandhi carried out Operation Blue Star, in which a militant Sikh religious leader was killed at the Sikhs' most holly Golden Temple.

According to a news report, the Indian government consulted with UK's MI6 in advance to prepare for Operation Bluestar. [3]
In October 1984, as a retaliation, Indira Gandhi was shot and assassinated in New Delhi by her two personal security guards, both Sikhs.

In June 1985, Air India Flight 182 was blown up by a bomb off the coast of Ireland. The main suspects in the bombing were members of a Sikh separatist group. A Canadian national and member of the International Sikh Youth Federation was convicted in the case. [4]

Not only MI6 but CIA has been involved in interfering in India's internal affairs by supporting Sikh separatists' movement.
The New York Times reported in June 1984 that Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi said that United States' Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was involved in causing unrest in Punjab. [5]

Quoting the Indian Express, the New York Times also reported that anonymous officials from India's Intelligence establishment mentioned CIA's support to Sikh separatists before Operation Blue Star, by supplying weapons for them through Pakistan. [6][7]

Also, Canada has been playing an important role in supporting Sikh separatists' movement. Currently, Canada is home to the largest Sikh population outside India, with about 770,000 Sikh people. Sikhs comprise 2.1% of Canada's population. In 2015, Trudeau's cabinet had as many as four Sikh ministers, three male Sikhs and one female Sikh, including a defense minister. [8]

[Trudeau's 2015 cabinet, You can see male Sikhs wearing distinctive turbans in the 2nd row and the 3rd row, November 2015]
Under the US-UK imperialistic system, Canada has been accommodating Sikhs, treating them favorably, functioning literally as a hot bed for Sikh separatists. Fascist Trudeau proudly calls it as "democratic" racial diversity. Canada accommodates anti-Chinese mainland Hongkongese too. [9]
So, why Trudeau made the accusation against India in such a public way? Why the US's intelligence organizations are cooperating with Canada on the subject?
Obviously, using Canada as a junior partner, the US is trying to put India under control by having Sikhs and Hindus confront each other. It's a simple application of the ancient Roman maxim "Divide and rule", a very much imperialistic method. It's essentially an intimidation.
If India doesn't follow the US's orders, the US will give difficulties to India, inciting and arming Sikhs. If India follows the US's orders, the US remains calm and friendly with India. The US never accepts India as an equal partner. The US wants India to concede that the US is a master and that India is a subject.
The US is using the exactly same method against China too, supporting Taiwan separatists and interfering China's internal affairs.
3. China and India can team up and fight against the West' interference
The US, UK and Canada is helping Sikhs in their creating an independent Khalistan in the northwest of India, trying to give difficulties and intimidate India.
The US is helping Taiwan separatists in their making Taiwan independent, trying to give difficulties and intimidate China.
Under these circumstances, having common foes, China and India can team up and fight together against the West's interference in internal affairs.
Canada's blatant accusation and US intelligence organizations' involvement will shift India aloof from the West and closer to BRICS and SCO.

China and India, as members of expanded BRICS and SCO, can jointly condemn the West's interference in internal affairs and demand the halt of interference.
China and India can jointly hold international conferences and symposiums to condemn the West's interference in internal affairs and demand the halt of interference.

China and India can jointly advocate a UN resolution that demands the abolishment of the West's interference apparatuses such as CIA and MI6.
China and India can jointly advocate an international treaty that demands the abolishment of the West's interference apparatuses such as CIA and MI6.
The Global South will appreciate and enthusiastically support China and India.
Instead of the West's imperialistic world order where intimidation, terror and coercion prevails, China, together with India, Russia and other countries, can promote and establish the new world order where equal win-win relations prevails.

China, together with expanded BRICS and SCO, can promote and firmly establish the new world order where equal win-win relations prevails through BRI, GDI, GSI and GCI.
The Global South will appreciate and enthusiastically support the new world order.
Under the new world order, peace and prosperity will prevail in the world, and eternal growth of developing countries is guaranteed.
Thank you.
