Pelosi's visit to Taiwan is a gross intervention to China's internal affairs. It gravely undermines China’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, seriously trampling on the one-China principle.

Her visit indicates the fundamental change of the US policy toward China. The US regards that its one-China policy has already outlived its usefulness.
Pelosi's visit to Taiwan is just the beginning. The US wants to end the one-China policy and have Taiwan armed even with nuclear weapons to deter China. The ultimate US goal is to break up China.
China needs to get prepared and transformed herself to cope with the hostile antagonistic US. China, together with Russia, BRICS plus and the world nations, needs to wage diplomatic, economic, political, military warfare until she ultimately overwhelms the US.
One of most effective China's countermeasures is diplomatic.
China has spoken up to the world and insisted that Pelosi's visit to Taiwan is the US's gross intervention to China's internal affairs because Taiwan is a part of China and that the One-China principle and the principle of non-interference in a nation's internal affairs need to be upheld.

In response to China's calling, more than 160 countries expressed their commitment to one-China principle and condemned Pelosi's visit to Taiwan.

[Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani has said regarding Nancy Pelosi's visit to Taiwan that respecting national sovereignty of countries is a fundamental principle of the UN Charter][1]

[Argentine Ambassador to China Sabino Vaca Narvaja expressed his firm support for China in its efforts to defend its territorial integrity and condemned U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's visit to China's Taiwan region][2]
Thus, China can make the most of the momentum and work together with world nations to institutionalize the principle of non-interference in internal affairs by forming a formal international treaty on non-interference in internal affairs, which includes establishing a new UN organization that will be in charge of checking and punishing a country interfering in other nation's internal affairs.
The preamble of the treaty on non-interference in internal affairs would elaborate on the importance and historical development of the principle of non-interference in internal affairs.
The preamble would also stipulate that the treaty is based upon the UN Charter and embodying the spirit of the UN.

The articles of the treaty would include the definition of interference in internal affairs, forms of interference in internal affairs that are to be punished, banning on having national organizations whose purpose is interfering in other nation's internal affairs, the establishment of a new UN organization that would check and punish a country interfering in other nation's internal affairs and so on.
For example, sending into other country agents whose mission is to overthrow the central or local government of the nation is interference in internal affairs.

[Radical protests in Hong Kong in 2019-20]
Engineering and staging a coup in other nation is interference in internal affairs.

[The coup in Ukraine in 2014]
Engineering and staging a so-called "color revolution" in other nation is interference in internal affairs.
National organizations that would be banned under the treaty would include an organization that conduct covert operations to overthrow governments of other nations, an organization that eavesdrop telephone conversations and e-mails of other nations, an organization that interfere other nation's election process and so on.
Most typical examples of such organizations are CIA, NSA and MI6.

[CIA's headquarters in Langley, Virginia]

[NSA's headquarters in Fort Meade, Maryland]

[MI6's headquarters in Vauxhall, London]
Actually, their existence itself is a blatant breach of the UN Charter because the very purpose of these organizations is interference in other nations' internal affairs.
So far, most nations have been tolerating activities of CIA, NSA and MI6 because, under the Cold War, such organizations were required for national security. But, the Cold War ended decades ago.
Also, most nations feared the US's punishment such as economic sanctions, and therefore they could not openly criticize CIA, NSA and MI6. But, the war in Ukraine has revealed that even "unprecedented" maximum sanctions against Russia don't work. Therefore, no nation fear the US's sanctions anymore.
Even from within the US, there are voices that advocate the abolishment of CIA. For example, US Congress candidate Geoff Young (D) wants to abolish the CIA. Young is an official Democrats' candidate as he won Kentucky’s Democratic primary election on May 17. [3]
Incidentally, nations' organizations for national security including counter-espionage are legitimate and legal ones under the UN Charter. Therefore, such organizations as FBI and MI5 are allowed to exist.
The treaty would also provide that a new UN organization that would check and punish a country interfering in other nation's internal affairs would be established. For example, Office of UN High Commissioner on Non-Interference in Internal Affairs (OHCNI) can be established. Or, UN Council on Non-Interference in Internal Affairs (UNCNI) can be established.
Office of UN High Commissioner on Non-Interference in Internal Affairs (OHCNI) or UN Council on Non-Interference in Internal Affairs (UNCNI) would have the powers to investigate, indict and punish a country that interferes other nation's internal affairs. The punishment would include corrective recommendation, corrective resolution of the General Meeting of the UN and ultimately expulsion from the UN.
China can facilitate forming the treaty on non-interference in internal affairs through bilateral diplomatic channels with many nations.
Also, China, together with BRICS plus, can speak up and advocate at the UN on the necessity of such treaty.

The US and UK would never sign the treaty. But, the treaty ratified by the majority of world nations will have enormous pressure against the US and UK's interference activities. And, those nations that ratified the treaty can further take even more strict and powerful measures to implement the principle of non-interference in internal affairs if they like.
Forming the treaty on non-interference in internal affairs will facilitate the establishment of the multi-polar world and equal relations between nations, which will contribute to the establishment of peace and stability, sustainable economic growth and truly-democratic prosperous societies.
Thank you.
