UK & the US are most liable for having executed NATO eastward expansion and engineered 2014 Ukraine coup, turning Ukraine into a war machine to provoke, attack and draw Russians into a war.

Thus, Russia is entitled to retaliate against UK & the US, attacking their military forces.
However, if Russia attacks UK or the US in Europe, Russia will face multiple enemies. Therefore, Russia would lure in UK & the US into a conflict outside of Europe and attack UK & US military forces with Russia's superior weapons.
For example, Russia can diplomatically and militarily support Argentina on its claim of sovereignty over Falkland Islands (Islas Malvinas). Russia can share Argentina's claim and assert that Falkland Islands should be decolonized from UK and become a part of Argentina, sending Russian warships and military aircraft to Argentina.

UK will surely react and send its warships and expeditionary forces just like it did in 1982 Falkland Islands War. It is likely that UK forces would include its two aircraft carriers, HMS Queen Elizabeth and HMS Prince of Wales.
Then, Russia can devastate UK forces on and around Falkland Islands, including sinking both HMS Queen Elizabeth and HMS Prince of Wales with Russia's Tsirkon hypersonic anti-ship missiles launched from Russian frigates and submarines.

NATO nations would not intervene the conflict as they have no interests in UK's colonial claim on Falkland Islands.
Being isolated, UK would retreat and admit Argentina's sovereignty over Falkland Islands, which will be a major boost for former colony nations in Asia, Africa and Central & South America and align them to the side of Sino-Russian alliance.
Also, Russia can send its warships and military aircraft equipped with hypersonic missiles to such countries as Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua and assert that US sanctions over these countries should be lifted.
Russia can also deploy its S-400 air defense systems in these countries to protect them from US air and missile attacks.

Just like Cuban missile crisis in 1962, the US will mobilize its military forces to intervene the situation. But, the difference between 1962 and now is that Russia has hypersonic weapons which the US doesn't have.
