"It is not the Iron Curtain but the Great Walls of Buffer Zone that should be built."

The world should recognize the new normal. The unipolar world has ended. It's the multipolar world now. Accordingly, National security frameworks should change as well.
Sino-Russian Alliance is as powerful militarily as the U.S. and NATO. Russia and China have even advanced over the U.S. in such areas as hypersonic missiles and electronic warfare.

Unlike fabricated gatherings such as NATO and QUAD, Sino-Russian Alliance is the growing real economic and military power based upon common complimentary interests, which will expand its sphere of influence both in Europe & Asia.

Actually, the U.S. and NATO can't intervene Ukraine crisis, fearing a nuclear war.
Thus, the new normal should be reflected to national security frameworks. Former Warsaw Pact nations should declare that they become neutral states and form a buffer zone between NATO and Russia, which will create a sufficient space to maintain peace, preventing military conflicts and a nuclear war.

The buffer zone should become a nuclear weapon free zone as well to ensure prevention of a nuclear war.
The first step would be making Ukraine a neutral state through the Normandy format, an informal grouping set up by French, German, Russian and Ukrainian diplomats, revising Minsk-2 Agreement.
China and Russia can propose the buffer zone at the United Nations. — Asia, Africa, and Central and South American nations will support the proposal.
Pro-Russia nations such as Hungary, Slovakia and Serbia can lead the argument.
Sanctions and balance of power doesn't work. When military forces of hostile nations are deployed adjacently, a conflict occurs.
Hopefully, European nations are wise enough to accept the new normal of the multipolar world and establish the buffer zone.
But, if the U.S. and NATO do not accept the new normal, Russia will attack and seize Ukraine, demonstrating its superior military capability.
Fearing to be the next battlefield, former Warsaw Pact nations will accept being neutral states and form the buffer zone.
Establishing a buffer zone in Europe will promote momentum to build a buffer zone in Asia too.
Sino-Russian Alliance is as powerful militarily as the U.S. and its allies in Asia. Russia and China have even advanced over the U.S. in such areas as hypersonic missiles and electronic warfare.
China's more than 1,000 ballistic missiles and cruise missiles can destroy US military bases in Japan and South Korea if a conflict breaks out between China and the U.S.
Thus, the new normal should be reflected to Asian national security frameworks too. Japan should declare that she becomes a neutral state and form a buffer zone between China and the U.S.
Also, North Korea and South Korea should be unified and declare that it becomes a neutral state and form a buffer zone between China and the U.S.
The buffer zone should become a nuclear weapon free zone as well to ensure prevention of a nuclear war.

These arrangements will make the US military retreat to Guam Island and Hawaii islands, which will create a sufficient space to maintain peace, preventing military conflicts and a nuclear war.

Sanctions and balance of power doesn't work. When military forces of hostile nations are deployed adjacently, a conflict occurs.
Hopefully, both Japan and South Korea will establish pro-China governments, become wise enough to accept the new normal of the multipolar world and establish the buffer zone.
Japan can revise and advance her peaceful Constitution by including an article that she is a neutral state.
But, if the U.S. and its allies do not accept the new normal, China will carry out forceful reunification with Taiwan, demonstrating its superior military capability.
Fearing to be the next battlefield, Japan and South Korea will accept being neutral states and form the buffer zone.

In addition, creating neutral states and buffer zones will have effects of diminishing markets for weapons, which will lead to undermining the so-called military industrial complex of the U.S. whose greed has been causing so many wars and aggressions since the Second World War.
By building the Great Walls of buffer zone in both Europe and Asia, China and Russia will ensure the peace and prosperity in the regions and ultimately in the world.
Thank you.
