An unrest occurred in Kazakhstan in early January 2022. The fundamental economic cause was the price increase of liquefied petroleum gas used for cars. When the price doubled overnight in early January, people of Almaty took the streets and, within days, large protests spread to the rest of the country. The mayor's office building in Almaty was burned.

The Kazakhstan government declared the state of emergency to suppress the unrest. Moscow-led alliance sent troops to Kazakhstan. The deployment included units of the armed forces of Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, which are the members of the Moscow-dominated CSTO (the Collective Security Treaty Organization).

It is highly likely that CIA and MI6 were behind the unrest. The U.S. and UK had been concerned about Russian troop deployment in the border area of Ukraine. They had wanted to do something which would counter and threaten the rear of Russia.

Thus, they mobilized CIA sponsored and trained terrorists that fled from Afghanistan to turn peaceful protests against the price increase into the violent antigovernment unrest.

Also, the U.S. and UK had wanted to disrupt China's Belt and Road Initiative that connects China with Europe, in the midway of which Kazakhstan is located.

Above all, the week in which the Kazakhstan unrest happened speaks eloquently. It is exactly the anniversary of the infamous insurrection of Washington DC that happened January 6th 2021. CIA, working with MI6, seems to have wanted to retaliate by staging an unrest in the backyard of Russia exactly one year later.

However, in their eagerness to retaliate, CIA and MI6 have revealed that they admitted the insurrection of Washington DC was engineered by Russia and China. Actually, this is the worst shame for intelligence organizations because it means that they had not not been able to catch the information in advance and prevent the insurrection from happening. It was the worst failure of CIA, FBI, NSA and MI6.

US and UK intelligence organizations are deteriorating rapidly. They lack human and monetary resources. They could not catch the information in advance and prevent even the insurrection of Washington DC, the very capital of the U.S. Therefore, if such insurrections should happen in dozens of local cities of the U.S. simultaneously in the near future, they would never be able to prevent them from happening.

China was wise enough not to admit Hong Kong turmoil in 2019-2020 was staged by CIA and MI6 although it was highly likely that was the case. In contrast, CIA and MI6 revealed their incapacity by their own deed.

The Kazakhstan government should arrest leaders and sub-leaders of the unrest to put them on public trial and make them confess the unrest was financed, engineered and carried out by CIA and MI6. It was not Russian and Chinese intelligence failures but a failure of Kazakhstan that could not prevent the unrest. Therefore, it is okay to reveal that the unrest was manipulated by CIA and MI6.

Actually, it is likely that Russia and China had known in advance that the unrest would happen. Russia and China seem to have lured in CIA and MI6 to let them carry out the unrest so that Russia and China can outflank and reveal that CIA and MI6 were behind the unsuccessful unrest.

President Xi Jinping said on January 7th, "China opposes external forces deliberately creating unrest in Kazakhstan and staging a color revolution."

After public trials in Kazakhstan in which leaders and sub-leaders admit and confess that the unrest was financed, engineered and carried out by CIA and MI6, SCO (the Shanghai Cooperation Organization) should make a resolution that strongly condemns CIA and MI6 and the US government and UK government for their having been interfering other nation's internal affairs.

After that, Asian and African countries should make similar resolutions that strongly condemn CIA and MI6 and the US government and UK government for their having been interfering other nation's internal affairs.

The names of CIA officers and MI6 officers working in US and UK embassies in Asian and African countries should be revealed and they should be ordered to leave immediately.

Thank you.
