The recent row between France and the U.S./Britain/Australia over the submarine deal clearly indicates that containment of China is actually a fragile fabrication and has incoherent conflicting interests in its implementation.

Being furious, France has recalled her ambassadors to the U.S. and Australia for the first time ever.

China should take the fullest advantage of the row and get France and Germany on her side.

After all, France and Germany do not have critical fundamental national interests in the issues of South China Sea and Taiwan. France and Germany can profit by cooperating with China rather than containing China.

EU should trust China. EU should not trust the U.S./Britain/Australia.

EU should restart the negotiation on the EU-China Comprehensive Agreement on Investment (CAI) and put the agreement into implementation.

The U.S./Britain/Australia always betray their so-called allies. The U.S./Britain/Australia stab their allies from behind. Their history clearly has been proving that. US hasty withdrawal from Afghanistan and the betrayal of the submarine deal are just two latest examples of that. They will continue to betray their allies.

Therefore, Japan should not cooperate with the U.S./Britain/Australia. Japan should cooperate with China.

If Japan cooperates with the U.S./Britain/Australia, Japan's mainland will be a battle ground in military conflicts between China and the U.S./Britain/Australia. In such contingency, Japan's self-defense forces will be put into the front line and used as expendable human bullets just like the US 442nd infantry regiment (a fighting unit composed almost entirely of second-generation American soldiers of Japanese ancestry) during the Second World War.

ASEAN nations have already indicated their concern over the submarine deal by the U.S./Britain/Australia.

Asian and African nations including Japan should cooperate with China. Asian and African nations should make the U.S./Britain/Australia isolated.

The age of military aggression, intimidation and betrayal, which was misnamed as "Pax" Britannica and "Pax" Americana, should be ended, and the age of mutual respect, prosperity and trust, which is righteously named as Pax Sinica, should be begun. Pax Sinica is the peace of our time and the peace of the 21st century and beyond.

Thank you.
