China can exercise her soft power by producing international music programs & movies, working together with Asian nations.
For example, China can produce weekly international music programs where Asian singers/entertainers of China, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Philippines etc. are invited and connected via satellites.
The English can be used as a common language in the programs as Chinese people and Asian people are good in speaking in English. The MCs and singers can communicate each other in English.
It is easy for China to produce such international programs since CGTN (China Global Television Network) is already producing and broadcasting international programs everyday, connecting Asian nations, African nations, European nations and American Nations.
China can make the most of 5G technologies to make the programs most attractive and exciting, including virtual reality and holograms which make viewers feel as if singers were singing and dancing in viewers' rooms.
Also, China can produce movies together with Asian nations, in which those who help and support weak people are depicted as heroes. Idealism of justice, love and seeking for peace should be promoted in those movies.
Such international music programs & movies will catch the hearts of young people of Asia. China's soft power would have much more powerful and positive influence over Asian young people rather than hard power of Chinese military strength will do.
Chinese multinational companies such as Huawei, Tencent and ZTE would sponsor such music programs & movies because these companies are willing to penetrate into growing Asian markets.
The U.S. soft power in music & movies is receding worldwide. US music industries are broken due to spread of Internet music distribution. US movie industries are declining because of lack of talents and idealism. The US economy itself is declining rapidly.
Some Japanese talent offices, TV stations, entertainment industries, however, may be reluctant to work with Chinese music programs & movies since they are so afraid of punishment of the US and Japanese government. In Japan, many talents were excluded from TV programs and movies by the conservative suppressive Abe administration. China can pick up and promote those deserted talents, providing them with status and income they deserve.
